How to restore your body clock for GMT

At 02:00:00 on Sunday, October 27, the daylight saving time ends. We’ll turn our clocks backward 1 hour to Sunday, October 27, 01:00:00. Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour earlier than the day before :( At least, there will be more light in the morning... to say something...

Winter is coming. No, really, IT IS COMING, and many people go through a period of adaptation to reboot our natural internal clocks and our circadian rhythm.

After the clocks change, diagnosis for depression and SAD can increase, especially at certain times of the year, and lack of sleep or tiredness are some of the unfortunate side-effects. However, that doesn't mean you should give up as there are some tips to help you cope:

Healthy eating and exercise.

The regular consumption of fruit, vegetables, milk and yoghurt, winter vegetables (carrots, parsnips, swede, turnips)... will help to boost your immune system, as will regular exercise.

Whether you make a soup or drink fresh water to hydrate yourself, don´t forget to take with you a triple insulated bottle. FOSH bottles are functional and stylish, eco-friendly, non toxic and BPA free.

  • Hold your breath for 7 seconds.

  • Exhale slowly, for 8 seconds.

  • Repeat several times
